Everyone wants to be hot.

        Everyone wants to be hot, and by everyone, i mean me.
I want to be hot, but i can't really be that until i get my body into shape.

I know, I know, "men should love you for your personality" but that's crap. I am not going to date a fat ugly dude, nor should some hot guy date a fat, ugly chick...And I'm not going to be that girl. I know that it is "America The Beautiful" not "America, well at least she has a nice personality." -- Stephen Colbert
That being said, my friend (not actually my friend, but i wish he was) Stephen couldn't be more right.
        Now I'm not talking about eating half a grapefruit a day, and running four hours on a treadmill, (even though I probably need that) I'm talking about a good half hour run on the treadmill, with 5 pound weights in each hand. having a protein shake for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a can of Progresso soup for dinner. You know, Progresso, when all of those ladies call in about fitting into their wedding dresses that they wore 15 years ago? Well I'm not going to get a husband, to need a wedding dress until i get my ass into shape.
          So starting Tuesday, the 10th, and every day from then on until i reach an extreme level of hottness, i am going to write about what i ate, and how my work out was, and how i felt about it. I will weigh in once a week...Never disclosing to you what i actually weigh but something like 'I lost 5 pounds in my first week" sort of thing..

After each week, the next week's exercise routine will be a little more difficult. Adding Yoga, and strength training, and a little extra time running. But nothing your average person can't handle. My "Hot Goal" is Easter, 2012...So stick with me until then!!
